Common questions
- Do I need exact measurements before I start?
- No. Rough wall lengths and a ceiling height are enough to plan a layout and get an accurate price. We ask you to confirm final checked measurements before anything is machined, and we will tell you which figures matter most.
- How long will my kitchen take?
- From 10 working days once your deposit clears. You will see a confirmed delivery week on your order, and your reference tracks the job through confirmed, in production, ready and delivered.
- Can I buy just doors, panels or a single cabinet?
- Yes. Everything is sold as a component, made to your sizes. One replacement door, a set of end panels, a run of drawer units or a full kitchen — same prices, same accuracy.
- Do you fit kitchens?
- We manufacture and supply; we do not fit. Most customers use their own installer, and installers are among our biggest customers. Every pack is labelled and pre-drilled to make fitting quick.
- What if my plan will not work?
- The planner runs automatic fit checks as you design — appliance clearances, worktop runs, walkway widths and housing requirements — and flags anything that would cause trouble on site before you order.
- Can I see the finishes before committing?
- Order up to four free door samples and we will post them to you. Nothing to pay and no follow-up sales call.

Millimetre accuracy promise
Cut on CNC from your figures. If a panel is machined outside tolerance we remake it and ship it free.

Itemised pricing with VAT shown before you order. No survey fees, no discount theatre, no last-minute extras.
14 day change of mind
Stock components can be returned unused within 14 days. Made-to-measure items are covered by our accuracy promise.
