Getting your kitchen to the door
Everything is manufactured to order in our UK workshop and delivered on a day you choose. Here is exactly what to expect, what it costs, and where you stand if something is not right.
Free UK mainland delivery over £1,500
Kerbside two-person delivery on a booked day, with a text on the morning giving you a time window.
Flat-packed or rigid-assembled
Choose flat for easy access and tight stairwells, or rigid if you want cabinets ready to level and fix.
Packed by unit, labelled by room
Each cabinet arrives as one labelled pack with its hardware, so nothing gets hunted for on site.
Lead time from 10 working days
Your slot is confirmed when your deposit clears, and your order reference tracks it through the workshop.
Returns
- Stock components
- Unused stock items — handles, hinges, runners, accessories and boxed appliances — can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Keep them in their original packaging and we will arrange collection or you can send them back.
- Made-to-measure items
- Cabinets, doors, end panels and worktops are cut to your figures, so they cannot be resold and are not returnable for change of mind. They are covered by our millimetre accuracy promise instead: if a part is machined outside tolerance, or differs from your confirmed order, we remake and ship it at no cost.
- Damage in transit
- Check your packs on the day and tell us within 48 hours if something has been knocked. Send a photo of the pack label and the damage and we will remake the part — no forms, no argument.
- Cancelling before production
- You can cancel free of charge any time before your order enters production. Once panels are cut we can only refund items that have not yet been machined.

- Orders over £1,500 — free to UK mainland addresses
- Orders under £1,500 — £59 flat rate, two-person kerbside
- Samples and small parts — £3.95, or free with a door sample pack
- Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland — quoted before you pay, never added afterwards
