Process
How it works
One data set runs the whole job: the price you see, the panels we cut and the hardware we pack all come from the same cabinet recipes.
Cabinets that are described, not drawn
Every cabinet in the range is a recipe: sides are height by depth, the bottom is width minus two panel thicknesses, doors are the opening less the gap. Change a width and every panel, edge and hinge count follows automatically.
Pricing from real workshop figures
Sheet cost per square metre with a waste allowance, edge banding by the metre, hardware by the piece and labour by the minute — plus the workshop margin and VAT. Cost prices stay in the workshop; you see the sell price broken down by unit.
Machine-ready output
Confirmed orders produce a cutting list with grain direction and edging, a full bill of materials, a sheet count per board, and a DXF for each panel with 5mm system holes and 35mm hinge cup bores already positioned.
Deposit or pay in full
Take the design at 40% deposit to lock your slot in the workshop, or settle in full. Your reference tracks the job from confirmed to in production, ready and delivered.
